Delivery within New Zealand
Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted, the costs will be in New Zealand dollars.
If we cannot fulfil your order immediately due to availability of stock or delays in production, we will contact you immediately via email to advise the status of your order item/s and agree a suitable delivery time. You can seek to swap your item/s with other alternative product item/s in the same category and price range(recommended) or wait until we deliver when the item/s are back in stock.
Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier or post. Please allow 2 - 5 business days for item/s to be delivered. We will notify you with a email note when the item/s are dispatched. Please note that rural delivery anywhere in New Zealand may incur additional delivery costs; we will contact you in advance for additional costs before dispatching your order item/s.
We currently do not ship to international destinations, however we are open to enquiries. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for international orders and delivery needs.
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of 15% G.S.T (Goods & Services Tax).
Once an order is placed online, it cannot be cancelled automatically, and as in most cases Waikare Kitchen (Mitchell & Kant Limited) and/or our service providers will immediately begin the process of order fulfillment as soon as the submitted order is received into our systems. Waikare Kitchen cannot give any refunds for cancelled orders for any reason so please review your orders carefully before submitting payment.
By placing an order with Waikare Kitchen(Mitchell & Kant Limited) and providing your e-mail address you authorise us to contact you in regards to the fulfillment of your order and ocassional email updates on our promotions or new products & services. We will hold your information securely, will not share it with anyone (except service providers) and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Payment types accepted are Visa and MasterCard via Paypal payment processing. All transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars. When making payments by credit cards, you will need to submit your credit card details at the time the order is placed on the website. An order confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm item/s purchased and value of your order inclusive of delivery and GST costs.
Your order item/s will be dispatched once your payment is successfully processed. If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to fulfil your order until an alternate payment arrangement is made by you.
We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decline to accept payment, we will not process the order and contact you to inform you that your order will not be processed. We may process this order or further orders if you make a payment.
